Mr. Njuguna is a Management Consultant by profession. He was formerly The Personnel Manager of British American Tobacco (BAT) Kenya Limited before setting up a Management firm. Mr. Njuguna is a prominent Business Executive with over 25 years experience in business entrepreneurship.

Mr. Muchiri holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) degree from the University of Nairobi, an (MBA) in Strategic Management from Strathmore Business School, ACII, ACI Arb, London, and American Management Associate Strategic Planning. He is a highly qualified strategist and management organization expert, who has successfully run blue chip enterprises in the past 20 years. He holds several directorships in the public and private sectors.

Mrs Mathenge is a teacher by profession, and a former Headmistress. She was formerly the General Manager of the Nairobi International Show, and the Deputy Chief Executive of the Agricultural Society of Kenya (ASK) thereafter, until her retirement in 1998. She is also currently the Vice Chairman of Jacaranda Designs Limited

Mr. Maina has a wealth of experience of over 25 years in Kenya. He has worked with Madison Insurance Company as a Regional Manager and Pacific Insurance Brokers as Principal Officer overseeing Underwriting & Marketing before joining Four Stars in 2023. Mr. Maina holds a Bachelor of Commerce -Insurance Option degree from University of Nairobi, and An MBA from Kenyatta University. He is also a fully qualified Associate of the Insurance Institute of Kenya (AIIK).

Mr Murugu is a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years having previously worked with Unicover Insurance Brokers and Body wise Health Club before joining Four Stars in 2007. He is a fully qualified Professional with a CPA (K).
